01 Direction

Find the thing worth building.

Some arrive with a project idea, some with no direction at all. I help you find what you are good at and what you care about, and we turn it into a real-world initiative. Along the way you learn how founders think: whether there is real demand behind your project, who your first users are, and where to start.

Make it real.

You learn by doing, and I guide you along the way. Each session you bring what you built, we take it apart together, and you leave with your next steps. You pick up the skills real projects need: finding your first users, fundraising, leading a team, and using AI to do in a week what used to take teams a month.

For parents

How do we know this is real?

We ran our first cohort this summer: 179 students applied and we took nine. Before Navi, we built projects funded and supported by the European Union, Bloomberg Philanthropies and DUF. And you can judge for yourself before you pay: the strategy session is free, and within the first four sessions you get all your money back.

What if my child does not follow through?

That is the job. Every session ends with one next step and a date your child sets, and the next session starts with what they brought. They keep a progress tracker and can show it to you whenever you want to look, so you are not guessing and you are not the one chasing them.

Is a 19-year-old really going to deliver?

The age is the point. Students relate to me in a way they do not to a consultant twice my age, and they say things on a call that they would not say to one. I run every session myself.

For students

What actually happens, week to week?

You bring what you built, we break it down together, and you leave with your next step and a deadline you set yourself. Between sessions you build, and you can reach me when you are stuck. You and your family set the pace: some weeks have two sessions, some have none.

I don't have time.

Nobody does. That is why the sessions are scheduled around school, at the pace you pick, and each one ends with a next step small enough to actually do.

What do I actually end up with?

A launched project with your name on it, and a written account of what you built and what it taught you. Not a certificate and not a slide deck: something real that other people use or join.
