About

The people your child will actually work with.

We're not admissions consultants advising from twenty years away. We created real organisations, competitions and events as teenagers — recently enough to still remember.

Why we built this

The most valuable things we learnt were always outside the classroom.

We spent our high-school years doing the things school never asked us to do. Organisations, clubs, podcasts, competitions, events, trips — you name it, we did it. And it taught us more than the classroom did. Not because we were special — because we were doing something, and doing something changes you in a way that studying it never does.

Then we started talking to people our age, and the pattern was hard to miss. Capable, intelligent, drifting. And every time we watched a friend begin something small — a club, an event, a project — the direction that had seemed missing would click into place.

We built Navi Founders to create that shift on purpose.

Why it helps that we're young

Not long ago, we were exactly where our students are now.

A mentor who was recently in the same chair — who built something real at the same age — lands differently than a school counsellor. We remember the inside of being capable and stuck, because we were there. And we know the way out.

Most adult mentors work from memory. We work from last year.

The Founders

The people behind Navi.

Matyas Supka

Co-founder · Mentorship & Programme

Works one-on-one with every Navi student, every week, for all eight.

Czech national debate champion. He founded two debate clubs and has personally coached over 100 young people, aged from 7 to 20. Worked with schools, the Czech national team, and an international coaching organisation — which is to say, the mentoring behind Navi isn't a theory. It's the thing he's been doing for years.

He was one of three lead organisers of a national media-literacy olympiad that 30,000 students participated in last year — responsible mainly for the regional rounds, coordinating schools and teachers. He knows what it takes to run something at scale, because he's done it.

Elected three times as president of European Youth Denmark's Grenaa section, he grew it from 27 to 170 paying members — the largest local section in the country — while leading a board of 32 and managing over €25,000 in public grants directly, at seventeen. He also became the youngest member of the organisation's national board.

He was mentored himself, in debate, and it was the experience that opened up a world outside school — one of opportunity rather than obligation. He does for younger people now what was once done for him. He has watched it work dozens of times.

Heading to Amsterdam University College — the University of Amsterdam's honours college — to study psychology and behavioural science.

Morris Kosteyev Bechmann

Co-founder · Technology & Operations

Builds the systems Navi runs on — including the site you're reading.

Elected three times as vice-president at European Youth Denmark Grenaa, Morris built the membership infrastructure that made scaling to 170 paying members possible in the first place — and drove much of the personal outreach behind that growth.

He has built websites for real clients, including an international sales company. At Navi he handles everything technical, and most of the things that have to happen quietly for everything else to work.

Heading to Copenhagen Business School.
