The Founders

We built real things as teenagers.

Alongside studying the IB, Matyas and Morris ran real youth initiatives — boards, clubs, political debates, climate workshops, a national olympiad, international study trips. Through these years we built the framework we now use to help other high-schoolers realise their potential.

The Method

Not a course they completed. A real thing they built — and the ability to talk about it.

01

A direction they're genuinely excited to lead.

We start by working out who your child actually is — their strengths, what they notice that others miss, the problems they'd fix. The project comes from that, so it's theirs, not assigned. That's the difference between a project they abandon and one they finish.

02

They build something real.

Over eight weeks they design and launch a genuine initiative — a club, a podcast, an event, an organisation — something that reaches real people, exists publicly, and has their name on it.

03

And we make sure it actually ships.

Your child owns the idea; we own the structure. Weekly one-on-one sessions with Matyas, assignments, deadlines, accountability — we don't move on until it's launched.

04

They can tell the story anywhere.

They finish with a recorded pitch or a written case study — a clear account of what they built and what it says about them, ready for interviews, admissions, and applications.

Why it works

We turned years of building real things into a method grounded in science.

Running clubs, events, and organisations as teenagers taught us what actually moves a young person from idea to action. We shaped that into Navi's eight-week framework — built on research into motivation and self-efficacy, not guesswork.

Investment

Two cohorts. Limited spots.

Navi is selective. We take a small number of students each cohort — and only those we're genuinely confident we can help, and would love to work with. The free call is where it starts — a relaxed first conversation, with no commitment either way.

The Second Generation

1000

  • Maximum of 5 students
  • Starting September 2026
  • Standard programme price

The full eight-week programme — dedicated 1:1 mentorship, a launch guarantee, and real results your teenager can point to.

No risk

Two guarantees. You can't lose.

The two-week guarantee

Your child has the first two weeks to decide it's the right fit. If it isn't, you get every penny back — no questions asked.

The launch guarantee

If they finish the eight weeks without launching, we keep working with them for free until they do.

Navi Scholarship

One fully funded place per cohort for a student who can't cover the cost but is ready to do the work.

For parents

You're never in the dark.

A free call first

A 30-minute call to see exactly how it works — no commitment to enrol.

Weekly written updates

Every week, a report on the progress: what your child is building and where they're growing.

Two guarantees

Two weeks to decide it's the right fit — fully refundable if it isn't. And we never stop working until the launch happens.

Next step

Talk to Matyas. Decide afterwards.

A free 30-minute call with the person who'd be working with your child every week. We'll talk about who they are, what they're capable of, and whether this is the right moment.
